As Project Manager, Kevin is responsible for effectively and proficiently managing our client’s projects on a day to day basis, including management of client communication, consultant coordination, overall project budget, scheduling, fabrication, safety, quality and installation. Kevin is responsible for working with Nassal’s design team, Nassal’s on-site Superintendent and Foremen, the client, the architects, engineers and installation crews to install our scenic and artistic installations into a client’s facility.
Starting as an intern while completing college in 2013, Kevin has been with Nassal for close to 5 years and has since worked on various projects ranging in complexity. His first large project in a leadership role for the team was Skull Island: Reign of Kong with featured over 120,000 square feet of carved artificial rockwork and complete scenic show set with a 10 month mobilization. Since then, Kevin has directly managed over $3M+ worth of projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client service, communication, and commitment to high quality theming and rockwork.
