Dennis Butler

Dennis oversees all of the Operations, including but not limited to Project Management, Installation, Design, and Nassal’s self-perform fabrication facilities. Dennis works closely with Project Management to oversee project coordination, budgets, safety, and quality control. This role provides a check and balance for our projects, as well as provides direct communication for our clients with an owner at Nassal throughout the evolution of the project.

Dennis also provides direct management and oversight of Lexington’s Los Angeles fabrication facility, formally Lexington Design & Fabrication, which Nassal acquired the assets to in December 2016. Dennis is based in Los Angeles 80% of the time working with Project Managements, Design, Fabrication, Preconstruction and Sales to establish Nassal’s LA footprint and operationally manage the quality control and business aspects of this location.
