The Nassal Company completed three projects for the Transformers ride: Projection Screen Fabrication, Exterior Theming, and Interior Screen Goo Application. TNC fabricated and installed four radiused projection screens each having the dimensions of 40’ wide x 72’ tall. Each screen was built in 14 steel sections and installed piece by piece on-site. For the exterior façade, TNC fabricated and installed industrial themed components (conduit, pilasters, and air ducts) and provided all building graphics and paint treatments (55,000 sqft). On the interior of the ride, TNC applied more than 20,000 sqft of Ultra Silver 3D screen goo on 8 projection screens.
