Nassal’s scope included cost estimating services primarily for Seuss Landing, which contains three attractions, two quick-service restaurants
and numerous shops. Nassal also provided cost estimating services for the Port of Entry portion of Islands of Adventure, which includes over eight retails shops, restaurants, kiosks and interactive stations. Universal’s Master Plan also included City Walk, a night-time entertainment complex.

The Islands of Adventure project is comprised of five themed islands: Marvel Superhero Island, a Land of comic book superheroes; Toon Lagoon, featuring rides from classic cartoons and comic strips; Jurassic Park, a Land that recreates the experience of the world-renowned film; The Lost Continent, thrills with rides and shows incorporating
a mythical flair; and Seuss Landing, which brings the world of Dr. Seuss to life. These Islands showcase state-of-the-art themed
entertainment attractions including roller coasters, interactive play stations, stage shows, robotic dinosaurs, and virtual reality dark rides.
