The Nassal Company was contracted out to provide Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Installation of the Planet Hollywood Telescope. The Telescope is a 10' wide and 45' tall faux gold structure that was installed in the middle of the new Planet Hollywood Observatory restaurant at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida. The intent is for this piece to be the telescope in the "observatory" that is used to observe the galaxy.
The Orlando Planet Hollywood flagship location is replacing its iconic globe theme with a four-story turn of the century stargazing observatory. A giant telescope is the centerpiece of the observatory as inspiration for the new Planet Hollywood Observatory name.
