As a Partner at The Companies of Nassal, Bill’s primary focus is the management of all financial matters related to the companies as well as the management of preconstruction services specific to cost estimating, developing fabrication methodologies during preconstruction, and contract negotiations. With close to thirty years of experience, Bill is well versed in the design, fabrication and installation efforts required to deliver complex specialty projects. As a licensed commercial general contractor, Bill offers insight to assist our clients with proper integration between base building construction and the specialty construction scopes of work.
